Excellent Spent a week looking for a Lexus 2014 CT200h. Made an appointment for Friday morning. We were also looking at a certified 2014 at a Lexus dealer, same car, similar price, 25K more miles. Wanted to see if it was worth it to go "certified" Made a appointment, they gave us a managers name on the phone but then set us up with a sales rep. Had to wait 10-15 min before they took us to see the car. The shark fin antenna was peeling off the roof, scratches thoughout and a fist size dent. Knew within 2 minutes we were buying from Bourne's. Called on the way back to have them hold the car. Picked it up at 5PM the same day. No hassle, good deal, easy transaction. I would return. More
