My entire shopping experience at Bourne's was very easy, fast and hassle-free. No weird pressure. Just staff who seem to tend on finding you the right car for your needs. What I really noticed was how responsive he was as we tried to work through the whole out-of-state purchase paperwork with my credit union. I can't recommend these folks highly enough. More

The buying process with Bourne Auto and Jose Garcia was incredibly smooth. I appreciate that they have all of their inventory clearly listed online so you know exactly what to expect when you get to the lo incredibly smooth. Jose made the process incredibly easy by having all of the cars I wanted to test ready when I arrived. He was happy to work with my to get some minor fixes done (free of charge) before I could pick up the vehicle. I worked with Shawn on the paperwork and financing. He helped walk me through all the paperwork clearly and quickly. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold on unnecessary features. Genuinely a very easy buying process with fantastic pricing.
