They let me know when it arrived via text and I was the first to test drive it. I put a deposit down that night and from there it got even easier. I worked with Sue most of the remaining way and Trisha helped out too. Up to this point I had not purchased a vehicle for myself in many years and I am glad I choose Bourne’s. Totally transparent, honest and accommodating. I test drove then purchased a 2015 Honda Fit through sales representative Greg Peschel on Dec. 2, 2017. The prior week I visited Herb Chambers Honda I test drove then purchased a 2015 Honda Fit through sales representative Greg Peschel on Dec. 2, 2017. The prior week I visited Herb Chambers Honda in Boston. Test drove a Honda Fit and had a totally different (worse) experience. I was able to make an appointment with Bourne's several hours before my visit. At Chambers prior day was necessary. When I showed up at Bourne's I was assigned to Greg Peschel. He was neatly dressed, personable, and professional. My rep at Chambers looked as though he rolled out of bed and was in sneakers. Bourne's allowed me to test drive alone. Chambers had to accompany me. The vehicle at Bourne's was clean and salable. The vehicle at Chambers was unwashed and unvacuumed. While I was on my test drive, preliminary paperwork and trade in values were prepared and presented to me professionally upon my return. Not at all the case with Chambers. More

Challenging Guiding my daughter in buying a car we ran into many issues due to her being 17. Jose was patient (more so than I) as we jumped through all the MA law Guiding my daughter in buying a car we ran into many issues due to her being 17. Jose was patient (more so than I) as we jumped through all the MA laws and insurance hoops. It took a while and many phone calls to Jose, but everything came thru in the end and I have one happy teenager. I'm sure she was happy to drive back to the cape without me in the car considering she had to listen to "teen driving, responsibility, and stupid things not to do" for the 55 minute ride up!
