Initially we thought we wanted a lightly used Jeep but Phil explained that with the dealer's and manufacturer's incentives, it may be only slightly more money to purchase new. Boy was he right. We found an absolutely beautiful Sterling Edition in a great combination with all of the options we wanted for an amazing price. Mike Hollis in Finance helped us close the deal quickly on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend with no fuss. An amazing experience overall. I would highly recommend. More

FANTASTIC!! Great Service, Wonderful Staff, Terrific price We purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude in less than 24 hours with Bournival Jeep. After 2 days of visiting 2 other dealerships and 4 other phone We purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude in less than 24 hours with Bournival Jeep. After 2 days of visiting 2 other dealerships and 4 other phone dealership contacts, we followed up with Bournival Jeep at 5:45 pm Thursday evening. The price they listed on the internet for this vehicle had been $2 to 4,000 cheaper than we received quotes for all available similar vehicles in years 2017, 2018 and 2019. They also were the dealership that had in stock the color(green) that we wanted. At 5:45 Ryan, our sales rep, said they were closing in 15 minutes could we make an appointment with him for 9:30 am on Friday. We did so. Upon our arrival the vehicle was ready for our inspection with our name on it. We sat with Ryan for about 10 minutes to discuss our expectations, drove the vehicle and returned to discuss the specifics. The price was reviewed, our trade-in was inspected and we agreed to a terrific deal. Ryan was terrific. He was professional, honest, straightforward, polite and a pleasure to work with. He immediately followed up with introducing us to Jessica the business manager, who proceeded to process all the financial pieces and contact our MA insurance agent. She too, was terrific to work with. In 2 1/2 hours, we had purchased a brand new 2019 Jeep, had the all paperwork processed and drove the vehicle home.
