Resolution at last! I traded in my 2 door Jeep Wrangler for a brand new purple 4 door Wrangler in August of 2017, and after just over a month my Jeep started to die after I traded in my 2 door Jeep Wrangler for a brand new purple 4 door Wrangler in August of 2017, and after just over a month my Jeep started to die after sitting for 1-2 days and then started to die after just sitting over night. I brought it in a couple times to be fixed (techs struggled to determine the cause) and after the third time, Dale and Steve set me up with a brand new Jeep, a year newer. I am extremely happy that we were able to find a resolution that was fair. Each time I brought it in I was given a loaner vehicle, and even ended up walking away with plenty of Jeep merchandise. Nice people! More

Great teamwork among Bournival employees After 6 years of excellent service of my 2011 Grand Cherokee by Bournival Jeep, under the guidance of Mike Fletcher, I needed to buy a smaller Jeep. After 6 years of excellent service of my 2011 Grand Cherokee by Bournival Jeep, under the guidance of Mike Fletcher, I needed to buy a smaller Jeep. After discussing this with Mike, he seemed to know just which car would meet my needs and just the right one was available.. He directed me to Rob McGrath and Jessica Gorman to complete the sale to me of a 2018 Limited. Rob took time to explain the features of the car and let me take a test drive. Jessica began preparing the paperwork, once I made the decision and worked with Rob to facilitate the sale. Both answered any questions I had, during the process. I couldn't be more pleased with the efficiency and courteousness of all three of these great employees and I look forward to the continued excellent service that I will receive with my new car. Excellent Service I would like to thank Mike Fletcher (Service Adviser) for his help in resolving a tricky lighting issue on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. The Cherokee is act I would like to thank Mike Fletcher (Service Adviser) for his help in resolving a tricky lighting issue on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. The Cherokee is actually a company/fleet vehicle, and I had had an 'after market' trailer hitch and lighting harness installed at a different facility (UHaul... avoid it like the plague!) Within two months of installation the trailer lights stopped working altogether, and the tail lights and turn signals on the Jeep soon followed suit. Mike and his team cut out the faulty lighting harness that Uhaul had installed, and repaired my tail lights and directional lights so that I could drive safely once again. He also ordered a Jeep trailer lighting harness, which he installed at a later date, cleverly mounting the lighting adapter and connector in the bumper so that it looked like it was original equipment. He also patiently waited for (and negotiated with) the Fleet Manager late on a Friday afternoon, and succeeded in having the leasing company pay for the whole thing... Now THAT is excellent service! Today I was working with Ryan great salesman low key, great personality and knowledgeable on trading my pickup for a jeep. Dale the sales manager once again had gotten me the most for my trade and got me a great price on the Jeep. Jesse in finance did it again and got me a great rate and when I got there my paperwork was all filled out ready to go! Everyone person I've worked with there or have met there is always in a good mood and just kicked back. I've also worked with Mike in service also very accommodating. Oh and another point the owner...she 👍...has been sitting at a desk out front with all the Salesforce most every time I've been there. Really try and find that! Bournival is it...
