We were hit hard in New Jersey by Hurricane SANDY last year and Mike actually called us to check on our well being. Who does that??? He is amazing. The entire organization is first class and after an adult lifetime of disappointment with my auto dealer experiences, this is why no matter where I live in the U.S., the only place I am ever going to do business anymoee is Bournival. I went to the dealership intending to conduct a factory order of a Jeep Wrangler. I was very pleased with their knowledge, experience, and customer service. While I did not get the "ultimate" deal on pri order of a Jeep Wrangler. I was very pleased with their knowledge, experience, and customer service. While I did not get the "ultimate" deal on price (you can't if you factory order it), my overall price (including down payment, loan interest over the life of the loan, and trade in value) ended up being less than the maximum amount I was willing to spend, which I was very pleased with.
