Even then, the care continued: I was sent home with reassurance that it would be taken care of, and a mobile technician was scheduled to come to my home. The technician (Carson, I think) was wonderful, he resolved the issue and made sure everything was perfect before he left. The service was extraordinary from beginning to end, and I am genuinely grateful. In fact, my husband was so impressed hearing about my experience that he went back the very next day and purchased a new Lincoln for himself! The exact vehicle he wanted was not on the lot but Jack searched and found exactly what he was looking for and Chloe and Jack delivered it to our home the next day...red carpet, bow and all!! I would wholeheartedly recommend Bozard Lincoln to anyone looking for a new vehicle, and I would absolutely recommend Jack and Chloe.
