This is Marc Matthews, my recent Bozard Lincoln purchase of my 2020 Lincoln Aviator was done very professionally due to Bozard salesman Mike Murdock. I do really think Mike was the cause of my final decisio of my 2020 Lincoln Aviator was done very professionally due to Bozard salesman Mike Murdock. I do really think Mike was the cause of my final decision to actually make this purchase. I realize that an expensive vehicle such as this Aviator is a vehicle that is sold at every Ford/Lincoln Dealer across the United States which I gave several dealerships the opportunity to sell one to me, but Mike truly prevailed at the position of a caring professional car salesman, by sticking with me all the way in making the decision of my purchase & trade. One thing I would like to add to this report, I would like to suggest a short return to Bozard for a mini training school, even for a short period after a week of actually owning the vehicle purchase in-order to best understand all the complex functions of this fully loaded Hybrid's electronics. More

We took our 2016 Lincoln MKX in for service. Angela McManaman was her normal happy and accommodating self. It is always a pleasure working with Angela. While the 2016 was being worked on I began looking for a 2020 Lincoln Nautilus that could be towed behind a motorhome. Ashley Smith, Senior Client Advisor and Kimberly Smith, Brand Ambassador worked hard to find exactly which model/engine type could be four-flat towed. Once the Nautilus Black Label vehicle was found they worked with the finance department to achieve a price point we could live with. Ashley was very knowledgeable of not only the processes but also the features of the vehicle and the customer benefits of stepping up to the Black Label trim line. Once the deal was finalized Kimberley took the time to demonstrate the workings of the equipment on the vehicle. Kimberly took her time to make sure we understood each feature of this feature rich vehicle. Kimberly, explained the operational aspects of the vehicle at a level that was easily understood. She was able to answer all our questions. My wife and I thank all the staff at Bozard Ford Lincoln for their professionalism and no pressure sales approach! More
