Micaela was very friendly and efficient; however, we were confused and disappointed about the limits of the additional warranty we were expecting to receive with the Deery Certification. . We were surprised to only get a half tank of gas for the purchase, and though the online price was advertised with aprox'ly 15,400 miles in actuality it showed over 17,000 when we purchased it for the full advertised price. We had called ahead of time letting him know that we would be there within a couple of hours We had a good experience at Brad Deery working with Ron.
