Started as a test drive! We drove up to Brad Deery Motors to see what they had on the lot. We found a GMC Denali in the color we wanted and it had the options we were looking We drove up to Brad Deery Motors to see what they had on the lot. The salesman came outside to meet us in a very atypical car salesman way. Scott was very interested in knowing what we wanted and needed in a car. He never hinted or alluded to what he wanted us to buy that would benefit him or the dealership. We instantly took a liking to his genuine caring nature to help us purchase what we desired and required. His manner was complimented by his knowledge of how to operate all of the electronic safety, entertainment, communication, and comfort features of the automobile. He also has an experienced, working knowledge of the mechanics of cars that assured us that we were receiving reliable information. Upon settling on one of Brady Deery’s quality and affordable cars, we met next with the sales manager, Cathy. She truly wanted us to get the best deal for the vehicle. It was important to her that we reached a purchase agreement on our terms. She does all this while just being her lively, friendly self. Cathy has some thirty years of experience in auto sales that is frosted with a very enthused, caring personality. Then we met Dan, the multi-functional business manager who is like a pleasant next door neighbor, a man long experienced in finance purchasing, while acting like he was the customer, all in one.
