I drove 3 hours from near Springfield, IL for a vehicle that I was POSITIVE I was going to purchase at a different dealership in Davenport....long story short - that didn't happen. After doing more searching (from my phone in a parking lot) I drove 30 minutes farther to a town I'd never heard of...and still can't pronounce correctly, Maquoketa, Iowa. I was extremely impressed with how much inventory Brad Deery Motors had. I absolutely LOVE my new van, it's truly even better than the vehicle I originally intended to purchase from the different dealership. I would like to see buying a car to be easier on time spent on paperwork. I was there 3 hours and would have appreciated not taking so long to buy a used car. I only test drove the 1 car 1 bought, so a spent on paperwork. I was there 3 hours and would have appreciated not taking so long to buy a used car. Salesman was good and patient, but you could sell more cars in a day's time if it didn't take 3 hours with each customer. More

Mason was wonderful to work with. Friendly and very helpful! He is new and still has to learn some of the ropes but if he didn't know something he was willing to ask and find the answer. He gave the perception that he actually cared that we were happy with our purchase rather than us feeling like he was just trying to squeeze every penny he could regardless if we were happy or not.
