He took the time to go through many different options and pricing scenarios with me. I could tell that he had my best interests in mind and never made it feel like he was selling me something, but more that he was helping me find exactly what it was I wanted. He was able to answer every question I had and even brought up some things I didn't even think to ask. When he passed me off to John Minichino to sign the paperwork John made sure I understood everything I was signing. He thoroughly explained the process as we went through it and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Both guys were open and honest with me, very friendly and conversational, and made me feel really valued and appreciated. After they put the wheel cover on Rich backed the car up for me so I could get out of the parking lot easier. John Sullo was very helpful and professional getting the finance done. The parts guy was great but I don’t know his name. Same goes for the receptionist. I’ve known Rob my whole life and he’s truly done an amazing job with his dealership, I know his dad would be so proud of him. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and we will definitely go back to Rich in a couple years when my son will want his own Jeep 🚘 😀👍🏻 More
