Everything about Brewster Subaru was outstanding. Kristen Hetzer orchestrated the whole process, and it could not have gone more smoothly. I went to Brewster Subaru after a bad experience trying to buy a car from a different Subaru dealership (an aggressive/bullying salesman) -- and am so happy I switched. Cam, Robyn and Rich were friendly, p to buy a car from a different Subaru dealership (an aggressive/bullying salesman) -- and am so happy I switched. Cam, Robyn and Rich were friendly, professional and communicative through my entire buying process. Cam sent me photos and video of the car I was interested in, Robyn offered to pick me up from the local train station, and Rich clearly and succinctly explained the different options for warranty plans. Brewster's price was quite fair, and the car had added features they hadn't advertised or priced in (e.g., remote starter, new tires). I highly recommend these guys. More

I have had experiences with scurry Subaru as well as Mid Hudson Subaru. I have to say that Brewster Subaru was by far the best. I highly recommend them. The sales associate, Kristen was excellent. She was friendly and great communication throughout the entire process. The finance manager, Rich was a true pleasure to deal with. No pitches or attempts to sell unnecessary policies or accessories. He was friendly, had everything ready to go when I walked in and made the process so much easier than I had been used to. This was my 5th Subaru and first from them, but they will be all my family uses from here on. They stand by their word and make the process very straight forward and easy. Thank you to them all. More
