She really went above and beyond finding the exact model and trim I wanted, and obtained it faster than I would have thought or expected. The whole experience was seamless and simple. I never got a hard sell, felt intimidated, or felt that I was being deceived. Everyone was very kind and seemed genuine. I really felt I was getting not only a good selling price on a car, but a commitment from an employee and business that my entire experience was the best possible one I could have from the moment I walked in. Hopefully I won't need another car for a while, but when I do, I will definitely be returning to Brewster. More

Very Good I needed a new car after my truck went down, and had had a Subaru before. Also my mother and sister have them as well. I was introduced to Ralph Nic I needed a new car after my truck went down, and had had a Subaru before. Also my mother and sister have them as well. I was introduced to Ralph Nicolais and we hit the ground running and were on a test drive in short order and once this was done the deal was made. this was on November 1st and he assured me I would have the following week. however, when I spoke with him the next day, he said I could pick it up on Monday. When we returned on Monday, he walked me through the finer points and then we went to see the Business Manager, Marci Lynn, signed all the paperwork and I drove off very happy and very satisfied More
