We had an exceptional experience at Brewster Subaru and our Sales Representative, Ralph, was great. Easy going, never once pushy, totally knowledgeable, thorough, and an all-around delight. He answered all our 1st time new car purchase questions with aplomb and Ralph never made us feel like we were just another sale. The facility itself is immaculate and the gentlemen in the service department were super friendly. When it came time to actually finance and sign paperwork, our Financial Representative(who I feel AWFUL I cannot remember the name of) was clear, concise and her thorough explanation of every line item made us feel at ease and good about the money we were spending.
