Rich Johnson is thorough and does not go through the paperwork too fast so you feel rushed. He checks understanding and is meticulous. Thank you to Maggie, Anthony and Rich. See you for #3. More

New 2019 Forester Sport I want to express how happy I am for the help I received in purchasing my new 2019 Forester Sport. To start I went to 3 Subaru dealers and by far Brew I want to express how happy I am for the help I received in purchasing my new 2019 Forester Sport. To start I went to 3 Subaru dealers and by far Brewster Subaru had the best price and the best staff. Robyn and Patrick stayed late for me in a snow storm to show me the difference between the Forester and Legacy. They both gave me a no hassle approach that made the whole process very easy. After going over everything they gave me print outs with the exact version of the Forester I wanted with all the prices we discussed. I thought about it overnight and decided next day I would order the car I wanted. They advised me it would take about two months, which I was fine with. As we got closer Robyn and I went over everything I would need and submitted items they needed to proceed once vehicle got delivered. Vehicle came right about the 2 month mark which was great. Once I got there to take delivery the car was all ready for me to inspect and the business manager Rich had everything all ready for me. We went over the numbers and everything matched to a T with what was discussed two months prior. Once finance paperwork was done, Rich and Patrick thanked me by name and wished me well. Robyn then proceeded to go over the the starlink packages which included theft recovery and immobilizer which she advised me may give me a insurance discount, which it did and made it $9 less per year that older car was (not that much money but usually new cars cost more for insurance). At the end Robyn went over everything in the car, paired my phone and showed me how apple carplay works. After all was said and done I am very happy with my new vehicle and how the entire staff treated me during the process. I will definitely recommend Brewster Subaru and will buy another car from them again when needed. More

Great experience buying a car at Brewster Subaru! My husband and I went to Brewster Subaru to look at the Outback and the Forester. We decided on the Forester and worked closely with Roy who is very n My husband and I went to Brewster Subaru to look at the Outback and the Forester. We decided on the Forester and worked closely with Roy who is very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and fun! He listened to what features we wanted and helped advise us of all the options. We never felt pressured. He was able to get us the exact car we wanted and it even came in a week earlier than expected! When we went to pick it up, we spoke with Rich in management, who was also very knowledgeable, friendly and did not pressure us. We noticed the car didn't have the liners on the back of the rear seat which we had wanted and thought we had paid for. But we were mistaken and they were not on the invoice. However, they had them installed right then and there at no additional cost to is, for which we were very grateful!!! More

Our sales consultant, Anthony Pilla, was helpful in every way, providing us with the leasing details and costs in a manner that was forthright and direct. When picking up the car, our meeting with the Rich Johnson, the business manager, to finalize the paperwork was done in an efficient and effective manner. The goal of both Anthony and Rich was to meet our needs both in the product and the leasing details. Brewster Subaru presented a positive culture in which the staff seemed to enjoy working together and with the customers. More
