The salesperson (Mitchel) welcomed us and stayed past closing time and answered all our questions. When we made the purchase, the pricing and financing were made very clear. Brewster Subaru didn't have the exact model we were looking for in stock, but they found one in a few days. A couple of days after that, we finalized the deal with Christer in their finance department and were driving the car out of their parking lot. Fast, precise, honest, and not pushy. What else is there. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

As an owner of a 2002 Subaru Forester with over Ralph was very personable and kept me informed regarding the expected arrival of my 2019 Crosstrek. As an owner of a 2002 Subaru Forester with over 233K miles, I had no experience with all the new technical advances made over the past 16 years. Ralph did an amazing job explaining all the features in my new Crosstrek. He eased any apprehension that I had. I absolutely loved my Forester and, as crazy as it sounds, was reluctant to part with it, but it was time. Ralph understood. When I came out to drive my new Subaru home he placed my Forester and my Crosstrek face to face. I was so touched by his thoughtfulness ......of course we got a picture with the old and the new!
