Brewster Subaru

Felt like home! Before I decided on a Subaru I did a lot of research. I checked out tons of reviews and they all pointed to purchasing the Impreza. I started working with Roy Schiller, and he (and his sweater) made me feel right at home! Unfortunately, we had to put a pause on purchasing the car, and started back up this month (August). I emailed Roy and immediately he once again made me feel right at home. Everyone at Brewster was extremely friendly and welcoming. Huge thank you to Nelson and Christer as well, who made the process enjoyable as well. Definitely will do business with Brewster Subaru again. More

They actually did what they said they’d do!! I’ve been to other Subaru dealerships and had a negative experience both times. Needless to say, I wasn’t exactly looking forward to the rigamarole of I’ve been to other Subaru dealerships and had a negative experience both times. Needless to say, I wasn’t exactly looking forward to the rigamarole of getting another Subaru - or any car for that matter... my skin crawled with the idea of walking into another dealership and listening to some salesperson drone on and on... However, my experience at Brewster completely changed my opinion of car dealerships. Anthony Pilla was super courteous, helped when we needed it, answered all questions, and every little thing he said they’d do, he did it. It was a breath of fresh air. The car had a few imperfections, but by the time we picked it up, it literally looked brand new. Anthony put a LOT of care into what the car looked like for when we picked it up, and I’m very grateful that I was able to buy a car and actually feel like I’d go back to that dealership vs. driving the car through the front lobby and torching the place. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Subaru!!! More
