Positive experience all around Recently purchased my first Subaru from Brewster Subaru. The people at Brewster Subaru were friendly, helpful, not pushy, didn't try to 'up sell' me, and honored the information we discussed before I went down to the dealership. While there, everyone was very helpful, as well as accommodating of my 5-year-old son who came along as my "assistant." I mainly worked with Anthony Pilla (sales) and Rich Johnson (business), who were knowledgeable, patient, and got me through the process smoothly. I'm very happy with the experience all around, as well as with my new ride. More

Can they do even the simple things? My Forester calls for tire pressures of 30psi front, 29psi rear. Simple, right? When I took the new vehicle from the dealer, the tire pressures were My Forester calls for tire pressures of 30psi front, 29psi rear. Simple, right? When I took the new vehicle from the dealer, the tire pressures were at 38psi all around. Tires are supposed to be checked before delivery, as they are overinflated for shipping ( so I was told by the salesman when I reported overinflation to him). I adjusted the tire pressures myself. Just had an oil change and tire rotation at 6K miles. Few hundred miles later I get a tire under inflation dashboard indication. I found all the tire pressures set at 25psi. I knew I should have checked the pressures before taking the car from their shop. I again had to set the tire pressures myself. I wonder how good they are with a real service issue???? More

Subaru Legacy Purchase My husband and I arrived at the showroom just as they were closing, but Bruce invited us in and answered our questions and never asked us to leave, b My husband and I arrived at the showroom just as they were closing, but Bruce invited us in and answered our questions and never asked us to leave, but let us leave when we were ready. That was the first positive impression. We came back 2 days later after checking prices all over online and visiting another Subaru dealer. After presenting our best price, Patrick was able to match it and we purchased a 2018 Legacy Premium. All the staff I dealt with (Bruce, Patrick and Rich) were nice, patient and really down to earth. This is my first Subaru and I’m hoping my Subaru experience continues as good as it started out. More

Every one of the people working there was so friendly and welcoming, and we walked out of there having leased our very first Subaru. Robyn and Patrick were very accommodating, and they both made it so easy and stress-free that we will never go anywhere else even though it's an hour drive from home. It's worth it to deal with such competent staff who actually care about their customers and have great communication throughout the whole process of leasing and picking up the car of our choice. My husband and I have leased and bought many cars before, and it's never been so simple. We love our new Impreza, and I know we'll be lifetime Brewster Subaru customers. We also love that they independently support a great charity where we could donate the $250 to this Christmas season. You guys deserve 10 stars. Thank you! More

I had Anthony Pilla as my sales rep who was very professional and wasn’t the stereotypical pushy salesman, he was kind and very helpful and genuinely cares about getting the right car for you. Rich Johnson in management also was very professional and remembered me and my family when we came back to the dealership months later. He is a very informeratove and polite man and I would recommend if you are interested in buying a Subaru at this dealership to find these two gentlemen. More

I actually enjoyed the process of buying a used car, It doesn't get any better than this. the staff at Brewster Subaru are angels, so above ordinary dealerships. I wanted to update my 2012 V6 Legacy with all the new safety features and sat down with Robyn describing my dream.- a few weeks later she phoned and my car was there, exactly how i described it, an almost impossible miracle. I immediately put a deposit on it and now six days later it is in my garage. Everything about Brewster Subaru is impeccable. The showroom bright, clean and inviting, but the really important assets are the people. I would describe them as having excellent character, noticeably honest, genuinely personable and supportive. Every detail in the paperwork was explained fully, the financing process painless, zillions of questions patiently answered, personal details correct on all legal documents, Robyn and Patrick are simply the best. Robyn test drove the car with me pointing out the safety features and understanding how they work. Today was delivery and we sat in my car for a long time to get me started on this amazing interface and make peace with this virtual boss. Robyn switched keys, transferred plates, linked my last century flip phone, I kept wanting to hug her. Did YOU ever want to hug a used car sales person? Oh and Patrick, I was concerned about linking my garage opener to the car, he sent an amazing Joey to help, there were glitches and they worked together to figure it out. I keep looking in the garage and find tears fogging my glasses, they have given me some amazing gift and I am very appreciative. More
