Outstanding!! I was looking to purchase a Forester and trade in two Honda's I now own because we only need one car. My sales associate was Ralph Nicolais. The purchase price and the amount given for my two trade-ins was very fair and reasonable. They did not have the Forester with options I wanted so they searched and found one over 150 miles north of the dealership. Rich Johnson the Business Manager did a great job explaining all my options for extended warranties Subaru offers. Ralph did a great job when I picked up my car explaining all of the features it came with and told me to call him if I had any questions. He called me three days after I picked up the car to see how I was enjoying my new car and if I had any questions. Great experiance. More

Professional, Courteous Service I was interested in leasing a vehicle and I had specific needs - a reliable car with all wheel drive and a reasonable price. Mitch suggested two models and he described the differences between the two. The Forester was exactly what I was looking for. Mitch was very professional and friendly. Although it wasn't necessary, he offered to and did pick me up from another dealer where I was dropping off my old leased vehicle. I was very pleased with Mitch's assistance through the leasing process and the overall experience. I'm a weekender, and the I really appreciated the fact that Brewster Subaru is open on certain Sundays. I don't think Mitch was scheduled to work on the Sunday I picked up my car, but he came in to accommodate my schedule. The Subaru dealership in Brewster is new and very clean, and my impression of the team was positive. More
