Unable to deliver on order placed 6 months ago I placed an order for a 2020 Telluride SX just prior to Christmas 2019 with Karen Mateo and was told the order would take 8 weeks. 8 weeks later (Feb I placed an order for a 2020 Telluride SX just prior to Christmas 2019 with Karen Mateo and was told the order would take 8 weeks. 8 weeks later (February) Karen could not tell me the status of my order or when the order would arrive. Karen then began to ignore my emails. In May, I talked to Jimmy, told him I still wanted the order, but no longer wanted to deal with Karen. Jimmy told me he could not answer why my order had been significantly delayed but told me that the order should be in by mid July, and that I could call in June to get the exact delivery date. I was also informed that my order was being upgraded to a 2021 Telluride SX because there were no more 2020s being made. I accepted this upgrade. A little more than a week ago, I called again and was told by Jimmy that he was going to check with the Sales Manager (Danny). I did not hear back again from Jimmy. I called yesterday and tried to leave a voicemail for Jimmy, but could not, because his voicemail box was full. So I called again and left a message for Danny and asked for a call back. I still have not heard back from Jimmy or Danny. Is this appropriate treatment for a prospective customer? My wife bought a 2015 Optima from this dealiership and did not have this kind of problem. Who is going to finally going to accept responsibility? More
My experience at Bridgewater Kia I found the car online and setup a time to come in and see it, I live an hour an away. Well close to the time of my appointment they had found out the wrong car was on the truck to be delivered so I was obviously frustrated with the turn of events. Jim was able to walk me off the ledge and informed me they had sent someone to intercept the truck and bring the car back to the dealership. When it arrived it needed some amount of servicing so the owner had the service department stay late to complete the work so I can get take home the vehicle that day. Jim constantly provide me updates even though they were swamped most of the day. Long story short this will be my one stop for future purchases. What seemed initially like an impossible set of circumstances turned into an awesome experience and I was constantly reassured that it would happen and that I would be taken care of. Great staff, great experience and they really went the extra mile. Oh and by the way I love my vehicle. More

Initially, the entire staff is very courteous and professional. James (Jim) took care of my questions imediately. I was really surprised to see the car that I was looking for, and Jim walked me over professional. James (Jim) took care of my questions imediately. Fast forward 2-3 weeks, and I need new tires, because these had worn down strange and caused a pull. 4 Bent rims, which was a nice surprise and it needed new brakes. Some inspection they did. They took full advantage of someone who was not a mechanic and completely sold me out. I would not advise going and I certainly will not be returning. They don't even return phone calls, voice mails or texts. Unbelievably bad customer service. They should all feel ashamed. More
