Vehicle records entered wrong second time in last few years. First time service record was entered on an old van that had been totaled. This time there were 2 separate records for the same car with diffe years. First time service record was entered on an old van that had been totaled. We were not rushed and Tim spent considerable time with us bo our car buying experience exceptionally great. This was our second purchase from Byers.
