Very pleased with my salesperson, the manager, and the gentleman in finance. My only disappointment was in the cleanliness of the car. For a vehicle that was there for almost a month, there was certai gentleman in finance. My only disappointment was in the cleanliness of the car. For a vehicle that was there for almost a month, there was certainly time to clean it. There was food smudges on the touch screen and next to the center cup holder. I've found almonds and peanuts on the floor. The second row seat center arm rest was covered in food particles. There are particles in the headliner. And, amazingly, there were two stickers over interior lights which should have been removed when the car was delivered to the original owner, which were still there. And, there is all kinds of dirt around the gear shift boot. There is no evidence that a washcloth has touched any surface, or that it was vacuumed. It's all very odd. This car couldn't have been detailed, at all. I've purchased about 15 cars in my life, this is the dirtiest one I've ever gotten. About seven years ago, I worked for Germain, where I worked at their Lexus, Ford, Nissan, and Mazda dealerships. None of their cars would have been delivered in this condition. More
Very impressed with our buying experience! The 10k used range is outside of certified range but was our budget for a first car for our son. After visiting other lots, some big and some small, I’d say we felt that 10k was a lot to us, especially to our son who’s been saving a while and is paying for 1/2, but was chump change to the dealerships. Many cars weren’t even clean but they were out to be test driven. No warranty was the standard too. We felt like our Byers salesman was interested is showing us only a quality product, even at our lower price point. The car was also immaculate! And the best part of all was the 1 year warranty that we still got on a used car. My sons money felt best spent at your dealership over any other. We’ll be back for our 2nd child’s car, 2 years till she’s 16! And, we will be back again for our own replacement cars when that time comes. Your dealership reduces the risk and anxiety of buying a car. Nice job Byers! More
