Our son purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester a few weeks ago and we are so happy with the experience! Jeanie was wonderful. Unfortunately I ran into disorganization at the finance department level. I had an appt to buy (after waiting for a month because I ordered a truck custom) then on the pickup disorganization at the finance department level. I had an appt to buy (after waiting for a month because I ordered a truck custom) then on the pickup date all of the finance officers were out a a meeting and I had to come back later in the day. They were empathetic and tried really hard to make it up but still my day was inconvenienced by miscommunication between sales and finance. More
