FAST and FRIENDLY service! I am a mom and have a job that keeps me very busy! I didn't have time to drive all over Tennessee and Georgia looking to see who could give me the be I am a mom and have a job that keeps me very busy! I didn't have time to drive all over Tennessee and Georgia looking to see who could give me the best deal on a new car. I sent 8 dealerships emails telling them what I was looking for and asked who could give me the best deal. I never heard back from 3 of the dealerships. Three of them said that I needed to come in to get the best deal. This left me with Capital Toyota and another. After negotiation on the phone, through email, and text messages, I was able to send in pics of my trade in and get a set price and trade in value without leaving my house! How much more convenient could it get? My sales person, Alicia, was on top of her game and never left me waiting. She worked hard to put our deal together! I will be back when it's time for a new car! More

He totally eliminated that. He made sure I was happy with the car, and checked it over thoroughly with me. He has some scratches taken care of immediately, with the car being ready for pick up the next day. The finance person, was friendly and efficient, working with us on payments and terms.
