Easy enough to trade in and buy a new vehicle. I got a call the day after I bought my car from someone I didn’t work with at all by the name of Riley asking me if I could bring the loaner car back I got a call the day after I bought my car from someone I didn’t work with at all by the name of Riley asking me if I could bring the loaner car back to the dealership because another customer wanted to look at it. It was a somewhat unprofessional interaction, as I don’t believe it’s the customers duty to fix a mistake made by the dealership. He proceeded to text me without saying who he was demanding my address. Luckily, my sales rep, Gerardo, came to my address instead to pick up the vehicle and drop off another loaner, he was extremely polite and professional. Everybody else who I worked with at Cardinale Way from sales to finance was helpful and courteous. My vehicle unfortunately came with very squeaky brakes, I suspect the pads were not replaced, but I have faith that Cardinale Way will make it right. Gerardo was a great sales rep through and through, he is easy to talk to and is great at explaining the situation or finding someone who can. I would recommend gerardo any day of the week. More
