GREAT SERVICE !! I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Luis & Matt took t I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Luis & Matt took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting to the on star , WiFi and my Chevy app with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Carl Black Orlando . It was worth the hour drive to get there. More

Easy and thorough car buying experience When I walked into the Carl Black dealership I was only looking. I was in the process of searching for a future new car. I was greeted when I drove up and when I told the salesman that we were only looking he responded that if we needed help just ask. When I did ask, he was able to answer all of my questions. Long story short, I found a car that I liked, had all my questions about it answered, took a test drive, and they bent over backwards to give me the best price that would fit my budget.
