Wow!! Outstanding experience from a professional team. My son and I have been shopping for a new car for him for several weeks. We had reached out to several dealerships and by chance received a few email My son and I have been shopping for a new car for him for several weeks. We had reached out to several dealerships and by chance received a few emails from the team at Carl Black. I have never been to their dealership before (what a mistake) but Travis Hanes was so nice and professional and not pushy like so many others that I thought it would be worth a trip. The dealership is about 35 minutes from our home and of course there are a couple dealerships closer. Overall our experience was the best I have ever had and I have been buying cars for 30 years. Josh Patterson and Travis Hanes and Louis Leon were great to work with and never made us feel that we had made a mistake of visiting Carl Black. Needless to say we left with a new Camaro for my son and when the time to buy another vehicle comes around, it will be a call to this team first. All I can say is Wow...great experience!!! More

Review Overall our expirence at Carl Black was good however the salesperson could have been better educated about which accessories come with each package. We drove from Orlando to Tallahassee and noticed the panel installed on the inside of the Tailgate was loose. All but one screw had come out so we went to Home Depot and purchase some screws and flat washers to secure it so we could continue our trip! More
