Hector Hernandez answered all of my questions and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. Matei told me he was happy we came back and was gracious (which is rare at a car dealership.!) Even Louis Leon was great in finance. A painless experience-- which says a lot! car was dirty inside when i picked it up, but Hector offered to have it re detailed or completely re done when i came back to get my windows tinted which i really appreciate.!
