Upon arrival, I was unsure whether I was going to buy or lease and I had a ton of questions regarding the different configurations and trim levels of the trucks I was interested in. He was very thorough in answering my questions and was very patient with me. There was not a single question that he didn't know the answer to. After finally deciding which truck I wanted, he went over a multitude of financing options with me until we found the right fit. Once we agreed to all of the terms he introduced me to Shami, who finalized the paperwork and was also very friendly and efficient. Overall, this is my favorite dealership as everyone is super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I will definitely be back for future vehicles. More

We had it towed to Carl Black. From start to finish Josh kept me informed by text on the progress of the repair. It took 8 days because diagnostics, parts and completion of the repair. Previously I went to other Chevy dealers in the area for warranty work. Carl Black is the best. The truck only has 28,000 miles. Anyway if you want an Excellent Diesel mechanic to work on your truck take it to Carl Black and if you want a good service advisor, ask for Joshua Estrella at Carl Black on East Colonial Drice.
