Actually I had a response from more than one person. Lance offered to do a facetime walkaround of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. We also spoke with Nate a couple of times. When we visited the dealership for a test drive we were met by Vic. Vic was awesome, a very kind, well spoken, knowledgeable salesman.
