When you walk through the doors it's a nice, casual atmosphere without any pressure. The sales associates are very nice, well informed and there for help as soon as you need it. The showroom is spotless, the lots are full and they won't let you go thirsty or hungry either! Super nice folks. christian was the best salesman, ever this was my 7th new car purchase plus 4 used cars purchased at various dealerships during the past 30 years. there was only 1 other salesman that has this was my 7th new car purchase plus 4 used cars purchased at various dealerships during the past 30 years. there was only 1 other salesman that has impressed, years ago at a ford dealership. i would have walked out of the dealership if it weren't for Christians personal dedication and understanding of my expectations. he didnt try to sell me a car, instead he mediated the transaction with a personal touch. I made two trips to the dealership and Christian worked to spend the extra time test driving, showing me around the lot and educating me on the vehicles that interested me. i am the project manager of a large government project and i am adept at recognizing skills of personnel that lead to project health and growth. Promote this man and emulate his example. Carl Burger will be my first choice of my next vehicle purchase. More

Second guy, who I would call "the closer" came in and was medium to high pressure. His job I think was to keep me there till he got a handshake on the deal. I didn't care for the pressure, but I had a bottom line dollar wise and he met it. I almost left because of his tactics, but I liked the car, so I guess we both got what we wanted. The third guy, the finance man, offered all the add ons, but again I had a bottom line. He pressured a bit, no biggie, everyone has their job to do. I bought a 2015 Rav 4 on Sat, left for a 1,000 mile road trip on Wednesday. Car ran great. Am happy. Christian gets a 5 star plus. Because of pressure from closer and finance men, overall experience 3.75. I recommend you buy from these guys. Good experience. More
