Relaxed & No "sales" Pressure I was originally looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee about 6 months ago and had several contacts with Jack through out that time. Then I changed my mind and traded in my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport 2 Door for a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport 4 Door. I was in the market for a used (as close to new as I could get) 2017 F-250 which, I found through auto trader which happened to be a Carl Burger Dodge I was in the market for a used (as close to new as I could get) 2017 F-250 which, I found through auto trader which happened to be a Carl Burger Dodge in La Mesa, CA. Once I contacted them they quickly reached out to me and helped to secure the truck even though I could not come and see it for a few days. Sam Potres was my sales contact and he answered all of my questions, conducted a detailed FaceTime walk through of the truck and gave me the confidence to commit even though I hadn't seen the vehicle in person. Once at the dealership the buying experience was quick and hassle free, paper work was done in about 30 minutes (thanks to Mike Kaziyev in finance)! Great People, Great Prices I went looking for a Electric Vehicle they had in stock. I spoke to a nice young salesman and he asked me the usual salesman questions. I told him tha I went looking for a Electric Vehicle they had in stock. I spoke to a nice young salesman and he asked me the usual salesman questions. I told him that I was here to buy a Fiat 500e and he didnt realize that the car was electric. Fast forward, I told him and the sales manager my prices for financing and they worked really hard to get me close to that number. They even let me take my trade-in car for that night and return back emptied of all my belongings. Had an issue with getting the new car insured by Geico since it had a Lemon law title on the car. Went back and spoke to the Financial Manager and he cleared it up in 5 minutes! Great Place, definitely a cool place to go. More

VIP Experience Mikhael contacted us shortly after we took our 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan for an oil change and offered us to take a look at upgrading our vehicle. Our Mikhael contacted us shortly after we took our 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan for an oil change and offered us to take a look at upgrading our vehicle. Our warranty had expired. We had 135,000 miles racked up on the odometer, and honestly, the van was starting to give us trouble which meant $$$. Mikhael assured us that we could trade in our van and they would take care of the rest of the outstanding loan on it. All he wanted us to do was come in and look at some vehicles with him. From the second we shook hands with Mikhael and introduced ourselves, he was all smiles, professional, focused, personable, and genuinely nice. From start to end, everything ran very smoothly. There was a kiddie area our kids hung out in until the deal was done. We got a great deal with the trade in, an excellent price for the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica, the negotiation was not a painful process, and we walked out with a wonderful warranty package.
