While we may have been able to find a less expensive service provider for our regular maintenance, and one closer to home, we were so impressed by the service provided through this dealer and over a short amount of time established a high level of trust with our service "agent" David Knude. Sadly our car was totaled by a run in with a deer and our first thoughts were that we would go back to Mercedes to buy a new one! We did. Although Mr. Carlton passed into his eternal life a few years ago, his legacy of excellent customer service lives on and everyone we worked with at the dealership was most concerned about our needs. The car we bought was transferred up from Baton Rouge and was expertly detailed for us. We are very pleased and our high expectations continue to be met. More
