Went inside there were 3 salesmen standing around as well as someone sitting at the front desk and yet nobody greeted us. Walked around the showroom and still nobody even said hello. So just as we were about to leave a salesman that was just coming back from lunch (Chad) seen us spoke greeted us with a smile and firm handshake. At this point I was really over it but my other half said wait let's give them a chance to make up for it. Once the other salesmen realized we were serious about a purchase the whole vibe changed. They "the other salesmen" were offering us something drink and snacks. I let them know that the 1st impression is the most important and that I wasn't impressed at all. Of course we got a ton of apologies but for me it was too little too late I was over everyone there except for our salesman (Chad). So when and if you visit Carlton's in Greenville SC ask for Chad he'll treat you well. 3 stars because of 1st impression. Chad 5+ stars. Thanks More

Easy to work with, no problem getting to drive and own a MB I have been researching used or certified MB cars and saw that Carlton had a similar one on their lot and randomly walked in to look at it. Todd came out and I thought, here comes the pressure sales guy but no! We had an easy conversation and during the discussion found out that they had exactly what I was looking for in their shop. This one was being prepared for sale as certified. Short story, went for a drive in both E43 and then next morning (what I wanted (the C43) and after a few discussions, got a price and made agreement to purchase. After a few hicups got it done and drove it away the same day. Easy dealing with them. Time will tell how their service and after sales goes but so far so good! More
