They went out of their way to make sure that I was made feel welcome and did not pressurize me . Its been a long time since I received such customer care. Great experience at Carman Ford Lincoln I recently purchased the new 2015 Lincoln MXC from Carman Ford Lincoln during their Black Friday Thanksgiving Sale. This was my first car buying expe I recently purchased the new 2015 Lincoln MXC from Carman Ford Lincoln during their Black Friday Thanksgiving Sale. This was my first car buying experience and the team at Carman Ford Lincoln could not have made it any better. Prior to driving up to this dealership, I spent several hours at other dealerships being hounded by sales reps who did not know much about the cars they were selling. Lucio, the consultant who took me on the test drive, knew everything about the MXCs and helped recommend what features he thought were/were not necessary. When making my decision to purchase, I felt educated rather than pressured. I also extend many thanks to the folks who stayed almost 2 hours after closing time to help finish the paperwork and give me an orientation lesson on the car’s features (they invited me back for a longer lesson, too, once I’ve had a chance to drive the car for a few days). Couldn’t be happier. More
