Humiliated and embarrassed after I took my vehicle in for service. After only having the vehicle for almost 4 months now, it might need a new transmission, but who knows because the service center hasn’t upd service. After only having the vehicle for almost 4 months now, it might need a new transmission, but who knows because the service center hasn’t updated me on what is actual issue is. It was unprofessionally handled at the service department after speaking to multiple people both from Casey Chevrolet and the Volkswagen service dept absolutely NO ONE had any answers to resolve the issue. So now I’m stuck with no response or resolution, having to pay for a diagnostic test and having to pay for a rental vehicle, which I’m sure this only the beginning of the amount of money I’m going to have to dish out for this vehicle that was sold to me. I am at a complete loss here!!!! More
Usually quick, easy, no fuss service but, this time while getting a state inspection I was overcharged for a simple item (license plate bulb). I was charged $50.00 for an est. $10 bulb and 5 minutes of work? getting a state inspection I was overcharged for a simple item (license plate bulb). I was charged $50.00 for an est. $10 bulb and 5 minutes of work? Would have replaced the bulb myself, but that would have meant having to reschedule another inspection on another day & getting an rejection decal instead of just replacing it myself on-site to get a pass on the inspection. All the inspector would have had to do is take a 5 second look and say “yep the light works” Way unfair and inconvenient!! More
