Ron is such a great salesman. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. We ended up purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee and we have been extrem He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. We ended up purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee and we have been extremely happy with our purchase! When we went on a test drive, Ron explained everything about the car and we tested everything! Mical was great to work with - so friendly and knowledgeable. Dustin has worked at Cassens for many years. He made the financing process a breeze. Again, very knowledgeable and helpful. All of the staff at Cassens were great to work with. Honestly this purchase was really enjoyable and fun! The staff also made sure the car was clean and in great shape when we picked it up to take home. Once again, Ron was so helpful going over all of the features of the Jeep Grand Cherokee and made sure we understood everything. He set up the apps, Bluetooth and went over how to work all the settings. He followed up and made sure we were happy with our purchase and asked if we had any questions. Ron will continue to help is with technology. All the staff were genuinely happy working at Cassens. I would give the dealership 20+ stars! Great people!!! More
