Finance person actually berated Chrysler. He said the touch screen was junk and I needed an extended warranty on a new vehicle. I would not expect an employee of a Dodge dealership to tell a customer he touch screen was junk and I needed an extended warranty on a new vehicle. I would not expect an employee of a Dodge dealership to tell a customer he sells a bad product just to high pressure sell an unwanted product. The salesman was the only saving grace in process. Let me just say that I wasn't planning on getting a Wrangler Rubicon today. I saw an ad for one online, and investigated. Holly Wilkinson immediately met me at the door. I mentioned the ad. She confirm Wrangler Rubicon today. I saw an ad for one online, and investigated. Holly Wilkinson immediately met me at the door. I mentioned the ad. She confirmed the price, and even drive me to a salesmanship home (certified pre-owned) to pick up the Wrangler for a test drive. It was a fun adventure, as all things Jeep related should be. I got a super awesome rate, thanks to Dustin working his magic, and ended up leaving that day with my Wrangler, and I could not be happier with the straightforward, and non-pushy, service. I'm writing this review inside my new Wrangler, and I can't recommend Holly and Cassens enough!! SUPER awesome lady!! THANK YOU!! More

My wife and I were not quite ready to buy a new vehicle for me but we drove through Cassens lot on a Sunday just looking and saw a truck that we both just loved. We contacted Steve Lane the next morning t for me but we drove through Cassens lot on a Sunday just looking and saw a truck that we both just loved. We contacted Steve Lane the next morning to ask a few questions and to schedule a time to look at the truck. Not knowing if we would qualify for the financing it would take for us to make a deal Steve encouraged us to work with their F & I department and long story short we picked up our 2021 Ram 4X4 the next day. This was the quickest and smoothest vehicle deal I ever made. It was seamless and every single individual we spoke with was nice, courteous, and absolutely great! Trent also helped us with questions we had about the functions on the truck and was very helpful! I would highly recommend Steve and Cassens if you’re looking for a vehicle. More
