2020 Jeep JTR towed to the service department for the 2nd time in a week. Likely another misdiagnosis, complete with another no warranty charge, on $70k vehicle less than a year old backed by a $4k comprehen time in a week. Likely another misdiagnosis, complete with another no warranty charge, on $70k vehicle less than a year old backed by a $4k comprehensive extended warranty on top of the factory coverage. Even the Jeep cares case manager says they never should have charged me and submitted it to them under the jeep good will program. Front of the house has been decent in the past when I purchased 2 previous new vehicles from them but the horrible service experience will surely keep me from ever going back or recommending them to anyone. Cassens offers Excellent service, excellent prices, and accurate advertised prices. I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 In June of 2020. I was from out of the area so I was able to negotiate the price fly in and test accurate advertised prices. I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 In June of 2020.
