The Shuttle driver Les dropped me off on Tuesday (5/3/16) at my house and was very considerate and helped me (I am 83 years old and walk with a cane) even up to my hose after leaving my car to be fixed.. BUT the one that picked me up (TOM (5/5/16) sat in the shuttle. When I got to the shuttle not knowing where I was going to sit I leaned on the side of the shuttle to keep my balance to reach and open the front door, at that moment he pushed the automatic opener for the slider door and i was leaning on it. I fell back flat on my back on the cement, my neighbor came running over and picked me up.. I did hurt myself in several areas . I made a report when I got to the dealer. What is very concerning I have been a customer since I bought my car new there in 2000, no one has had the courtesy to make a follow up call to see if I was alright to date (5/9/16). This would have been appreciated. I think Tom needs some serious training on safety in all ares of being a driver. More

After I left my Avalon for a (10) minute check, I went into the waiting room where there were complimentary cookies (and not just from our local grocery store!), computers, a television and a stack of new magazines. Heaven! The service was so fast that I was on-my-way in no time. (Actually, I hadn't even finished my cookie!) I did wander into the showroom where the people were just as friendly. Whatever the training program Cedar Rapids Toyota uses, it's working ... friendly and highly professional employees. I had avoided going to the dealership, for service, because I thought it would be so much more expensive. Not again, though. Greg McCoy and Cedar Rapids Toyota made a believer out of me! I wish they had a service team like theirs, everywhere! I'll be back. More

After looking around a little bit and test driving from various dealerships, I didn't like how pushy the dealers were, urging me to purchase from them. After these experiences, I decided to give it another go at Cedar Rapids Toyota. Alan greeted me at the door with a smile and a firm handshake. After talking with him for a while, it was evident that he was a genuine and laid back guy that was going to be straightforward and honest with me. Upon taking a Mazda 3 for a test drive, Alan wanted my feedback and to make sure that my needs were met. After this visit, I came up again with my dad to sort out the details and finalize things. Alan was very understanding and willing to negotiate and to ultimately make a deal that even included a warranty. This was a great buying experience with a laid back and genuine salesman that was understanding of my needs and made sure that they were met. I now have an awesome and sporty car that I absolutely love! Thanks Alan! More

Terry is a great sales representative who had tremendous knowledge about the Toyota Tundra that we were looking at. He put absolutely no pressure on us to buy a vehicle. He showed us numerous features of the truck while we were looking at it, and spent a great deal of time with us after we purchased the vehicle to make sure we were set up properly as far as the garage door opener, Bluetooth telephone feature, etc. You have a great staff at CR Toyota and we will certainly recommend you to all our friends and family, and we will definitely come back when we need another vehicle. My New Camry I had done a lot of research online but found the salesperson and CR Toyota dealership, were very friendly and helpful to work with. The sales person(Terry), spent quite a bit of time with me after the papers were signed showing me how to operate all the electronics on the dashboard. He also programmed my iphone to sync with the new 2016 Camry I bought. This was one of the most positive car buying experiences I have ever had. More
