Most of them wonderful, a couple not so good, but they didn't last long and the trouble they caused was more than made up by management. I love the service I get. They are thorough, quick, and explain everything so I understand what they are doing. The newest person I worked with, Greg, did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable with what was going on with the car. It's so much easier to deal with facts when you know where things stand, than if someone gives you the runaround, even if you have to spend money to get things squared away. You can be secure in the fact that you KNOW your car has been treated like special child it is. Even prices are reasonable. Not cheap, but when you get the kind of service you expect, it's not so hard to pay. More
