This was my first time coming to this dealership. I was able to get an appointment quickly for my repair and they were all very friendly. The issue that I had is that their communication was not I was able to get an appointment quickly for my repair and they were all very friendly. The issue that I had is that their communication was not great but I have found this issue with all Dodge Dealerships. I called the day before my appointment to make sure that part was in and ask about dropping off the night before. I asked to talk to my service advisor and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. I finally hung up and called back. I was again placed on hold, after 10 minutes on hold I hung up again. The third time I called I told them about the past two calls and was transferred right away to my advisor. I dropped my car the night before and they were very nice and helpful. My advisor was not there but I was told he would contact me in the morning. I never received any communication from him until I reached out to him later that afternoon asking the status of my vehicle. Pick up went smoothly and I will probably return if I need any other repairs done. More

Spent over 7 hours at the dealership to finalize a purchase. Incentives were taken back as “misinformation “ reworking of an already signed purchase agreement and resulting in higher cost.
