Buying experience and negotiating was wonderful including Finance Manager Carlos his expertise and knowledge is amazing, BUT I’m very disappointed about one detail , My vehicle have dry mud in ever including Finance Manager Carlos his expertise and knowledge is amazing, BUT I’m very disappointed about one detail , My vehicle have dry mud in every crevice out side ,undercarriage and interiors including Mold on the roof inside which i didn’t notice until 4 o 5 days after checking the vehicle closely because the check engine pop up, also one fog light is full of water with mold , I spoke with someone by email and I thought they will take care of that when doing my service appointment, but never happened, so now I will have to hire a good car detailer which is not supposed to happen because the dealership charge a huge “Reconditioning Fee” otherwise buying experience with seller and Finance manager was good.
