Very disappointed with this dealership. Made an appointment for 4:45 to meet with Logan a sales representative . Received a call from Natasha at 9:45 the morning of the appointment to verif Made an appointment for 4:45 to meet with Logan a sales representative . Received a call from Natasha at 9:45 the morning of the appointment to verify that I would be there at 4:45. I arrive at 4:30 to be told that it was Logan's day off that someone else could help me. Deboris tried to assist me and went to get the vehicle keys, which he was unable to locate after 45 minutes of me waiting. Turns out the vehicle was sold that morning (or so they claimed). Even though that is what I was told the 2020 Subaru Outback remained on their website. They did offer to show me another vehicle, but I was not interested. After wasting my time I would NEVER do business with this company. I did find what I was looking for at Don Mealey Sport Subaru the next day and had amazing service so still a win. If you are looking for I vehicle I highly recommend Don Mealey Sport Subaru. Ask for Kylan or Jayden. More
