My experience at the dealership was good. I had an appointment with Debrois which he wasn’t able to fulfill. He was conversing at the front on arrival. I will say on intial contact with him he was very personable. Great energy and charismatic. He passed me off to Jaidyn. He brought water for me and Jaidyn which again was great customer service. The little things matter. Jaidyn was very nice as well. I wish Jaidyn was a little more knowledgeable on the Family Advantage plan that you have to get which costs $3000 and has multiple perks for that cost. She was unaware of the towing distance for the roadside assistance and some other small details of the plan but still very helpful. The tint on the vehicle was $800 additional and she was unaware of the level of tint of type( ceramic, etc) or the percentage. She just knew it was legal. I did manage to get the tint down to $500 since it was already installed but it negated the lifetime warranty of it which I didn’t mind. I wish Family Advantage plan was negotiable and upfront. I didn’t know about it until they ran my credit and came back with quotes. I probably would have still gotten it but it would have take that initial surprise away. She also couldn’t tell my APR of the loan which made me uncomfortable. I was pre approved from a few lenders on CarGurus but she returned saying that the loan from their specific dealership lender was the better offer versus my pre approval but could tell me how. That was probably the most uncomfortable portion of the sale and I wish their was more transparency and clarity on that. I have been to CarMax where they run your credit and let you know which lenders you qualify for and which percentage of APR each lender would give. Unfortunately it was nearly as transparent as that. Regardless it was a good experience just not a great one and not my best one. I was in and out In 3 hours with keys in hand. More

My Ram 5500 RV broke down on the side of the road and was towed. Thought it was exhaust issue because the dash said so, so they did a manual regen. Picked it up on Friday evening and it died after 1.5 miles. towed. Thought it was exhaust issue because the dash said so, so they did a manual regen. Picked it up on Friday evening and it died after 1.5 miles. The service manager Craig or Greg sent a mechanic to see if he could get it going but he couldn't. He was on the phone with me till 10:30 PM trying to take care of it. There's a lot more to the story but long story short he went above and beyond got everything taken care of. More
