To say our experience with our purchase of our vehicle at CFCJDR was terrible is an understatement. Marvin was the worst salesman I have ever dealt with. However, Chris in the Service Department and Brian i CFCJDR was terrible is an understatement. Marvin was the worst salesman I have ever dealt with. However, Chris in the Service Department and Brian in the Parts Department handled all of our issues with the utmost professionalism. Their service was outstanding and changed my view of the dealership. It's a shame that the buying experience was so terrible but the customer service we received from the service and parts departments was great. More
