Things are poorly explained. My car that I bought was supposed to have left the store with an identification sticker so that I could have access to these stores and they didn't even make the effort to put the sticker on and tell me where I can find these supposed stores. the scheduling was a little difficult, after making my initial appointment, I called back to change it and I was told that nothing is available on Saturday, so I left if for Monday, I got disconnected bef initial appointment, I called back to change it and I was told that nothing is available on Saturday, so I left if for Monday, I got disconnected before it was confirmed, I called back and got someone else on the phone and was told my Monday appointment was not in the computer??? So, I made a new one and Saturday was all of a sudden, an option. When I arrived Saturday, the appointment was not on the sheet but the Monday one was in the computer when the service advisor pulled up my information. I think your scheduling crew needs a little more training. The Service advisor Marcous Morton was great, took care of my service appointment for the recall professionally and fast.
