Upon arrival for our 1:00pm appointment, Justin informed us about a 2-3 hour wait. We would have appreciated a “heads up” well beforehand as we would have rescheduled this. Inconsiderate. Why would you offer a coupon for something that you do not offer? Not only is this gimmicky but it may be illegal. We wanted to use our credit card and were told that there is a 3% upcharge for this. Pretty tacky and unappreciated. Our Jeep was not even washed prior to picking it back up. Family Advantage? We are not at all impressed. Finally, we were forced to purchase your Family Advantage package for over $2,000 when buying this vehicle from your dealership last year.
