What finally made my decision for me was the confidence I had when dealing with CBB. At this dealership I was listened to; nobody tried to up sell me with unwanted options/insurance/services ... and the final signing step was the easiest I have EVER experienced. I don’t believe you will find such straightforward treatment anywhere else. More

Benz&Beemer Review My experience is mixed. I had a wonderful sales rep, Jesus. He was attentive and made the buying experience comfortable. However, my car needed furthe My experience is mixed. I had a wonderful sales rep, Jesus. He was attentive and made the buying experience comfortable. However, my car needed further detailing and gas before I left. I got half a tank of gas and the detailing was minimal. I still have a black marker stain on my headlight that I asked to be removed and was not. That is not my main concern. As I left, I noticed that the car pulled to the right. I called Jesus and service could not get me in for 10 days! After pursuing the issue further with Mike Miller in management, I was able to bring the car in a couple of days sooner. They kept my car and provided a loaner vehicle which I used for a couple of days. The service department was able to resolve the issue (tires needed rebalancing). Ultimately, I believe this issue should have been addressed before the car was ready for sale, but they were in the end able to rectify it. More

Couldn't Be Better! I won't go into a lot of detail, but suffice it to say that buying a car here was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I wanted a certain c I won't go into a lot of detail, but suffice it to say that buying a car here was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I wanted a certain car and I had my price. Tim gave me the Kelly Blue Book value for my car and and showed me the total cost, which was right where I wanted to be. I was sure that I was going to buy the car, but I wanted an extra day before I did it. There was absolutely no hard sell from Tim or Peter and they did not try to give me any story about why I had to buy it right away. I came back the next day and bought the car. Because I was paying cash and needed to transfer some money, I expected to have to wait a couple of days to get the car, but I drove it home and brought the money two days later. I can think of nothing negative about anything that transpired. Tim and Peter were great, as was the gentleman in finance, whose name does not appear below. An easy 5 stars! More
